What Tuvio is

Tuvio turns coding-tutorial videos into step-by-step build guides, with the on-screen code and the prompts to paste into your AI tools. Tuvio is operated by [Company legal name], [Street, postcode, city], [Country] (CVR [CVR number]).

Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your sign-in secure. Sign-in is handled by Clerk.

Credits

• Tuvio is pay-as-you-go credits, not a subscription. Nothing auto-renews.
• You buy credits in one-time purchases (any amount from $5). You spend credits only when Tuvio processes a video — 1 credit per minute of video.
• Credits never expire.
• New accounts get 10 free credits, with no card required.
• Credits have no cash value, aren't money, and can't be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Refunds

• If processing fails, you are not charged. When a job ends in an error, the credits it took are put back in your account automatically and we email you to say so.
• Unspent credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on a credit purchase. Because credits are a digital service delivered immediately, that right ends for the part you have already spent; the unspent remainder is refunded to your original payment method. Email us and mention the purchase.
• Poor results are handled case by case. If a video processes but the guide is thin or wrong because the video was hard to read, contact us — we'd rather make it right than have you feel a credit was wasted. You can also re-process from the reader.
• Credits granted free (the signup credits and any goodwill credits) have no refund value.

What you can upload

Only upload or link videos you have the right to use. Don't use Tuvio for anything illegal, or to process content you don't have permission to process. You're responsible for the content you bring.

AI-generated output — please read

Tutorials are generated by AI from the video. AI can be wrong: it may misread the screen, miss a step, or misdescribe a command. Output is provided "as is", may contain errors or omissions, and is not professional advice. Check the steps before you rely on them, especially anything that changes files, runs commands, or spends money. Tuvio flags steps it's less sure about, but you are responsible for what you run.

Your content

You keep ownership of the videos you upload and the tutorials Tuvio generates for you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process your content and provide the service. Your tutorials are private to your account, and we don't train AI models on your content.

Availability

We work to keep Tuvio running, but we can't promise it will be available without interruption. Features may change as the product evolves.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tuvio isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that goes wrong because you relied on AI-generated output without checking it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your settings; doing so wipes your content (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Country]. If you are a consumer, this does not take away protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
